If web ordering is a requirement, CarrierNetOnline considers order weight, dimensions, value and service, and presents the customer with delivery options on a granular basis ultimately leading to the choice of most convenient and most cost effective.

If carriers are used, CarrierNetOnline stores carrier details with their different rate cards.  This allows for multiple carriers’ services to be presented to the customer, including value-add premium services such as pre 9 am, specified time slot or evening/weekend delivery. Once completed, the job details are electronically booked in with the carrier and linked into the carrier's track and trace system.

If you deliver with your own fleet, drivers can view next order in real-time, report progress and POD.   This is done without intermediate software:  drivers can access the system directly using a mobile phone or PDA.  And you can measure your performance by depot, driver, fleet or sub-contractor.
